Wonderful Morse telegraph from the early 20th century, working. In very nice condition, complete with charging handle. The mechanism, protected by its original ground glass, is in perfect condition. After about 100 years’ operation, is not that easy to find it in such neat condition. The machine has no parts missing, no scratches, no breakings nor dents. On front is the writing "WESTERN ELECTRIC MILANO n. 19666" with a bell as logo bearing the inscription “APPARECCHI TELEFONICI TELEGRAFICI SOCIETA' ANONIMA”, on the back are two letters “R.R.”. Equipment supplied: no. 3 tape rolls, no. 1 cast iron column with tape winder, no. 1 telegraph key, functional and complete. All the pieces have been screwed onto a sturdy oak table to keep them together and make them easily transportable. Very nice to be showcased to attract customers, in a tavern or library.
