The Lady Shy table lamp, designed by Giovanni Alessi Anghini and Gabriele Chiave, can be used as a reading lamp, placed on a table or nightstand, or as a lamp to illuminate a room. The plastic design, consisting of volumes placed next to each other, makes it a striking furniture accessory when it is standing on a surface or on the floor. Lady Shy comes with an LED source, the name Lady Shy was chosen by the designers because the light source is visible and hidden at the same time and is protected by the lamp structure that resembles a skirt blowing in the wind.
