Lomo Biologische Binoculaire Biolam

This binocular biological microscope is a Biolam/LS, with binocular head AY-12, supplied by the German company Bresser, final quarter of the 20th century, manufactured by Lomo, Leningrad, USSR, in the Carl Zeiss/Jena factories confiscated after World War II. Hence this quality! This solid, indestructible microscope has surprisingly many options: - Robust stand with two-sided coarse and fine adjustment: - Binocular head at an angle of 45 °, 360 ° rotatable, a monocular tube also belongs to the equipment; - Oculars: 7X (3 pieces), 10X (2 pieces), 15X and 20x; - Lenses: achromat, 9X-0.20, 20X-0.40, 40X-0.65 (spring), 90X1.25 (spring, oil), additionally a new Chinese lens 4X, on 4-fold revolver head, yields a magnification range from 28X to 1800X; - Cross table CT-12 which moves the specimen very accurately along the X and Y axis (both with nonius); - Light via two-sided mirror or a universal LED light (batteries included), controlled by centring, height-adjustable Abbe condenser 1.25 with diaphragm, condenser and filter; - Small items: slides, cover glasses, pipette, oil bottle (empty), two object clamps and the transport screws. This microscope has hardly any traces of use, the optics are clear and clean, mechanical functions run smoothly and without slack. The beech case has been broken open, visible on the inside (photo!) There is a German/English copy of a user manual for Biolam microscopes, pages not in the correct order, but all are present. The microscope weighs 3.4 kg, with case 7.4 kg and dimensions are H 34 X W 13 X L 19.5 cm. The micro pictures made with this microscope were taken with the led light and a digital USB eyepiece (not included). The pictures are part of this description. Will be packaged well and always sent with track and trace.
